Northern Viet Nam: The best time to visit the north is from October to April, when the weather is cool and dry. Ha Noi, the capital city where you can find ancient temples and delicious street food, is a must-see. Ha Long Bay, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site, is perfect for a cruise.
