Describing places (Miêu tả địa điểm):

• It's located in... — Nó nằm ở... (Ex: It's located in Quang Binh province.)

Situation 1: You want to know about Ha Long Bay from a friend who visited it.

You: How can I get there from Ha Noi?

Friend: You can take a bus or a car. It takes about 3-4 hours.
