Dialogue: A healthy routine
Minh: Hi, Lan. You look so energetic today!
Lan: Thanks, Minh! I've been following a healthy routine for a month now.
Minh: Really? What changes have you made?
Lan: Well, I wake up early and do yoga for 30 minutes. Then I have a well-balanced breakfast with fruits and whole grains.
Minh: That sounds great! I usually skip breakfast because I'm always in a rush.
Lan: You shouldn't do that. If you skip breakfast, you may feel tired and unable to focus in class.
Minh: I know. I also eat a lot of junk food and stay up late playing video games. My mum keeps telling me to change my habits.
Lan: If you want to be healthy, you should eat more vegetables, drink at least 2 litres of water a day, and manage your time better.
Minh: That's good advice. If I feel stressed, what should I do?
Lan: You can talk to our school counsellor or do exercise to relax. You must make health your priority!
Minh: Thanks, Lan! You've inspired me to live healthier.
