22. Reading Passage: Greenfield International School
Greenfield International School
Greenfield International School is a modern school in the heart of the city. It was built in 2015 and has over 1,200 students. The school is famous for its excellent facilities and high-quality education.
The school campus is very large. There are three main buildings. The first building is for administration and the library. The library has over 10,000 books and a quiet reading area. Students can borrow books on Mondays and Fridays. The second building has 30 classrooms, a computer room, and a science laboratory. The third building is the sports centre with a large gym, a swimming pool, and a basketball court.
The school day starts at 8 a.m. and finishes at 4 p.m. Students have five periods in the morning and three in the afternoon. There is a 30-minute lunch break at 11:30 a.m. in the canteen. The canteen serves healthy food and fresh drinks.
Greenfield offers many extracurricular activities. Students can join the art club, music club, or sports club. There is also a gardening club where students grow vegetables and flowers in the school garden. On weekends, the school organizes field trips to museums and parks.
In my opinion, Greenfield International School is a wonderful place to study. The teachers are kind and helpful. The facilities are modern. I feel very happy to study here. Every day, I learn something new and exciting.
