Renewable energy is energy that comes from natural sources like the sun, wind, water, and plants. These sources are clean and will never run out. In contrast, non-renewable energy comes from coal, oil, and natural gas. These fossil fuels take millions of years to form and will eventually run out.

Solar energy is one of the most popular renewable sources. Solar panels capture sunlight and turn it into electricity. Many homes and businesses now use solar power to reduce their electricity bills. Solar energy is also very good for the environment because it does not produce pollution.

Wind energy is another clean power source. Wind turbines use the wind to generate electricity. Countries like Denmark and Germany produce a lot of electricity from wind. Vietnam is also investing in wind energy, especially in coastal areas like Binh Thuan and Soc Trang.

Hydro energy uses the power of flowing water to make electricity. The biggest hydro plant in Vietnam is Hoa Binh Hydroelectric Plant. It provides electricity for millions of homes.

Using renewable energy has many benefits. First, it helps reduce air pollution and fight climate change. Second, renewable sources are free and unlimited. Third, it creates jobs in new industries. In the future, renewable energy will become more important as fossil fuels run out. We should all support the switch to clean energy for a better world.
