Listen to a news report about environmental campaigns:

'Good morning. This is Green News. Today we report on three environmental campaigns.'

'First, in Ho Chi Minh City, students organised a beach clean-up. Over 500 volunteers collected more than two tons of plastic waste from the beaches. If people continue to throw plastic on beaches, the ocean will become very dirty. The students also taught people about the importance of reducing plastic use.'

'Second, in Hanoi, a group called Green Friends started a tree-planting campaign. They planted 1000 trees in parks around the city. If we plant more trees, the air will be cleaner and the city will be cooler. The group hopes to plant 5000 trees next year.'

'Finally, in Da Nang, a school organised a recycling competition. Students collected old paper, bottles, and cans. The winning class recycled 200 kilograms of materials. If schools organise more competitions, students will learn about the environment while having fun.'
