The platform administrators asked us to participate actively in discussion forums. They requested that we help fellow learners when possible. They also encouraged us not to be afraid of asking questions. This community support made a huge difference.

My manager offered to cover course fees if they were relevant to my job. He also volunteered to give me time during work hours for learning. He told me to share what I learned with the team and suggested organizing internal workshops.
