1. Mệnh lệnh khẳng định:

• Cấu trúc: S + told/ordered/commanded + O + to V
• Direct: "Study harder!" she said to me.
• Reported: She told me to study harder.
• Direct: "Finish your homework!" the teacher said.
• Reported: The teacher ordered us to finish our homework.

2. Mệnh lệnh phủ định:

• Cấu trúc: S + told/ordered + O + not to V
• Direct: "Don't be late!" she said to me.
• Reported: She told me not to be late.
• Direct: "Don't forget!" he said.
• Reported: He ordered us not to forget.

1. Yêu cầu khẳng định:

• Cấu trúc: S + asked/requested + O + to V
• Direct: "Please help me," she said.
• Reported: She asked me to help her.
• Direct: "Could you attend?" he said.
• Reported: He requested us to attend.

2. Yêu cầu phủ định:

• Cấu trúc: S + asked/requested + O + not to V
• Direct: "Please don't tell anyone," she said.
• Reported: She asked me not to tell anyone.

• Cấu trúc: S + offered/volunteered + to V
• Direct: "I'll help you," she said.
• Reported: She offered to help me.

• Reported: He offered to carry my bag.

• Cấu trúc: S + advised/recommended + O + to V
• Direct: "You should take this course," she said.
• Reported: She advised me to take that course.

2. Lời khuyên phủ định:

• Cấu trúc: S + advised/warned + O + not to V
• Direct: "You shouldn't give up," she said.
• Reported: She advised me not to give up.

3. Suggest:

• Cấu trúc: S + suggested + V-ing
• Direct: "Let's study together," she said.
• Reported: She suggested studying together.
• Hoặc: S + suggested + (that) + S + (should) + V
• Reported: She suggested that we (should) study together.
